Divine Flytt & Städ AB is a service company built around two things: moving people and cleaning up afterwards. We are based on Ortviksvägen in Sundsvall and we work almost exclusively in this region, which shows in the details. We know which stairwells in the old stone-built centre are too narrow for a three-seater sofa, where a van is actually allowed to stand downtown, and what a courtyard in Bredsand looks like in February.
The way we work is not complicated. We turn up at the time we agreed. We give a fixed price in advance and we stick to it. We treat your furniture the way we would treat our own, and when we clean, we clean to the standard that landlords and estate agents genuinely inspect against.
We cover the whole chain: removals and household moves, office relocations, moves abroad, storage, end-of-tenancy cleaning, regular home cleaning, window cleaning and estate clearance. That means dealing with one company instead of three that blame each other when something goes wrong.
The company holds Swedish F-tax approval and is insured with Länsförsäkringar. In 2026 we were named a recommended company on Reco, based on reviews from customers in Sundsvall, Timrå and Härnösand.

A fixed price, not a guess
You get the price in writing before we start, with the RUT deduction already applied. If something unexpected comes up, we ask first. Too many people receive an invoice that is twice what the phone call suggested. That is not how we work.
Careful handling
Furniture is wrapped, door frames are protected and heavy lifting is done with the right technique and the right equipment. If something does get damaged, it is covered by our insurance with Länsförsäkringar. You should not have to argue about a chipped bookcase.
Cleaning to the industry standard
We work through the same checklist that landlords and estate agents inspect against, room by room. If anything is still flagged, we come back and put it right at no extra cost. That is the whole point of hiring someone.
Local and reachable
We live and work here. You reach Vikrant on the phone rather than a call centre in another city, and we can usually be in Timrå, Matfors or Njurunda the same week you get in touch.

You call or fill in the form. We ask about size, floor level, lift access and parking – the things that decide how long a job takes in Sundsvall's older stairwells. No sales talk, only what we need in order to price it properly.

You get a written fixed price with the RUT deduction already applied, and a date that suits you. We go through what is included and what would cost extra, so the invoice never comes as a surprise.

The day itself
On the agreed day our crew arrives with the van, packing materials and tools. We carry, drive, assemble and clean to plan. If something gets in the way – a narrow stairwell, ice in the yard – we deal with it and tell you straight away.

Check and follow-up
Before we leave we walk through the property together with you. If the landlord flags anything at the inspection, we come back and put it right at no extra cost.
