How the Move Works
It starts with a site visit. We walk both addresses with you, count workstations, measure anything tight and note what should be thrown out rather than moved. You then receive a fixed-price quote in writing and a schedule with actual times on it. A few days beforehand we deliver crates, labels and a simple labelling guide, so every box finds its own room without anyone having to guess. On the day, a project manager is on site and reachable by phone throughout. Once the last load is in, we walk the premises together, sign off the list and collect the packing materials the same week.
IT, Archives and Confidentiality
Computers and monitors are packed in their own boxes with cables labelled per workstation, so your IT lead or supplier can rebuild each desk exactly as it was. Server racks and network equipment go last and are set down first, agreed in advance with whoever is responsible for uptime. Personnel files, contracts and accounts travel in locked archive trolleys that are sealed at your old address and opened at the new one. Our crews are used to working in offices where confidentiality matters and will sign a non-disclosure agreement on request.
