Data controller

Divine Flytt & Städ AB, company registration number 559570-9220, Ortviksvägen 61C, 856 33 Sundsvall, Sweden, is the controller of the personal data processed through this website and in the course of our work. What we collect

Quote requests: name, phone number, email address, collection and delivery addresses, property type and size, floor level and lift access, preferred date, and whatever you write in the message field.
Bookings and jobs: everything above, plus billing details and – if you wish to use the RUT tax deduction – your Swedish personal identity number, which the Tax Agency requires in order to grant the deduction.
Contact by phone, text or email: the details you provide in the call or message.
Website visits: IP address, timestamp, browser type and similar technical data needed for operation, statistics and security.

We never collect more than the job requires, and we never ask you for sensitive personal data.

Why we process the data, and on what legal basis

To provide a quote and carry out the work – legal basis: contract, or steps taken at your request before entering one.
To answer questions and manage your enquiry – legal basis: legitimate interest in handling customer contact.
For bookkeeping, invoicing and RUT applications to the Swedish Tax Agency – legal basis: legal obligation.
To handle complaints and any insurance claims – legal basis: legitimate interest and legal obligation.
For newsletters, offers and non-essential cookies – legal basis: consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

How long we keep it

Quote requests that do not lead to a job: 12 months, then deleted.
Records of completed jobs: for the duration of the job and 24 months afterwards, for guarantee and complaint purposes.
Invoices and accounting records: seven years, as required by Swedish accounting law.
Consent-based mailings: until you withdraw your consent.

Who has access to the data

We never sell your data. To run the business we share it with selected suppliers, who may only process it on our instructions and with whom we have data processing agreements in place:

Nordkod Media AB – supplier and administrator of the website.
Vercel Inc. – technical operation and hosting of the website.
Our email provider – to receive and answer forms and messages.
Our accounting and invoicing system – for billing and bookkeeping.
The Swedish Tax Agency – when applying for the RUT deduction.
Länsförsäkringar – only if an insurance claim arises in connection with a job.

Where a supplier processes data outside the EU/EEA, this is done under the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards.

Your rights

You have the right to:

find out what data we hold about you (a copy of your record),
have inaccurate data corrected,
have data erased once it is no longer needed,
ask us to restrict processing,
object to processing we carry out on the basis of legitimate interest,
receive your data in a machine-readable format (portability),
withdraw any consent you have given, at any time.

Write to df@infodivine.se and we will deal with your request, normally within one month.

Complaints

If you believe we are handling your personal data incorrectly, you can contact the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY), Box 8114, 104 20 Stockholm, imy@imy.se. We would also be glad to hear from you directly, so that we can put things right quickly.

Cookies

The website uses essential cookies in order to work, for example to remember your choices. Cookies for statistics and marketing are only used if you consent to them. You can change your choice or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time.
