About prices and payment
Yes, for private individuals. Removals, end-of-tenancy cleaning, home cleaning, window cleaning and estate cleaning all qualify for up to 50% of the labour cost as a tax reduction, capped at SEK 75,000 per person per year. We apply it directly to the invoice and handle the paperwork with the Swedish Tax Agency, so you only pay the difference. Storage and services for businesses do not qualify.
The price depends on size, floor level, lift access, carrying distance and what you want included. As a rough guide, an end-of-tenancy clean runs at SEK 1,500–2,500 for a one-bedroom flat, SEK 2,500–4,000 for two or three rooms and SEK 4,000–7,000 for a house, before the RUT deduction. Call us or fill in the form and you will get a free quote at a fixed price, so you know exactly what it will come to.
Yes. We are insured with Länsförsäkringar and hold Swedish F-tax approval. The policy covers damage to your belongings and your property caused by us during the job. Report any damage in writing within seven days, ideally with a photo, and we will take it from there. Cash, jewellery and important documents are always best carried by you personally.
Get in touch as early as you can. Up to 72 hours before the agreed time, cancelling or rescheduling is free. Between 72 and 24 hours we may charge half the price, and a same-day cancellation may be charged in full. If the handover of your new home is delayed, or if you fall ill, we will reschedule you once free of charge subject to availability.
You pay after the work is done and approved. The invoice has ten-day payment terms and the RUT deduction is already applied, so the amount on the invoice is what you actually pay. No deposit is required for ordinary private jobs. For larger business assignments we can agree on staged payments in advance.
We come back. Tell us within seven days, or as soon as the landlord or estate agent has carried out the inspection, and we will put right whatever was flagged at no extra cost. We clean to the same checklist the inspection is based on, and we do not consider a job finished until it has been approved.

We handle long-distance moves within Sweden and relocations elsewhere in Europe as well, always with a quote up front, since distance and travel time affect the price.
We answer enquiries within a day and can often be with you the same week. We work weekdays and take on evenings and weekends by arrangement. Demand peaks around the end of each month and over the summer, so if you are moving on the last day of the month it is wise to contact us two to three weeks ahead.
