A house move and an office move look different, but they rest on the same thing: decisions made in advance. For private customers we plan around the handover date, pack whatever you would rather not pack yourself, and put the bed back together before we leave. For companies we work evenings or weekends, so you close on Friday and open on Monday. Servers, filing cabinets and desks are labelled room by room, so nobody spends Tuesday morning hunting for a drawer. Same crew, same vans, same fixed price.
How moving day works
It starts with a phone call or a form. We ask how you live now, which floor you are on, whether there is a lift and how close the van can get. From that you get a quote with a fixed price, usually the same day. On the day itself we arrive at the agreed time, wrap what is fragile, dismantle what needs dismantling and load. At the other end we carry in according to your room plan, put the furniture back up and take all the packing material away with us. End-of-tenancy cleaning can go in the same booking.
What a move costs in Sundsvall

Narrow stairwells and winter roads
We know the buildings here. The flats in the old stone town have handsome stairwells and tight turns, and a three-seat sofa takes a different route up on Nybrogatan than in a new block on Norra Kajen. In Skönsberg and Bredsand the van rarely stops at the door, so we count the carrying distance into the quote rather than adding time afterwards. In winter we grit where we walk, lay protection inside the doorway and run tyres that handle the hills towards Bergsåker and Alnö. We also move to and from Timrå, Härnösand, Matfors, Njurunda, Sundsbruk, Ånge and Kramfors.
Packing, assembly and storage
Some customers want nothing more than the lifting. Others want to come home to plates already in the cupboard. We take the part you would rather not do: packing the kitchen, the wardrobe and the storage room, extra protection around pictures, televisions and glass, dismantling and reassembling beds, shelves and desks. If there is a gap between moving out and moving in, we can store your belongings in the meantime, for a week or for six months. Anything you add appears as its own line in the quote, so you can see what each part costs before you say yes.
Insured the whole way
We are fully insured with Länsförsäkringar, approved for F-tax and registered as Divine Flytt & Städ AB, company number 559570-9220. That means your belongings are covered while they are in the van, not only while they stand in your flat. If something breaks we tell you the same day and deal with it. We were also named a recommended company on Reco in 2026, which in practice means the people who moved with us before felt well treated. You meet the same crew from loading to the last box.

No. You decide how much you take on. Many people pack clothes and books themselves and leave us the kitchen, the china and the glassware, where breakages happen fastest. We can drop off boxes and packing material in advance if you would rather pack at your own pace.
