Desks, tables and clear surfaces are dusted, floors vacuumed and damp-mopped, bins emptied, and every surface that many hands touch during a working day is wiped down: handles, light switches, railings and meeting tables. Kitchens and staff areas get extra time, because that is where comfort and stale smells are decided — sink, worktops, microwave and the outside of the fridge. Washrooms are disinfected, mirrors polished and consumables restocked. You set the frequency. Some Sundsvall offices want us every evening, others twice a week with a deep clean each quarter.

Before the first visit we walk the premises with you and write down what gets done, how often and by whom. Price depends on the floor area, how often we come and what is included. A small office cleaned twice a week sits far below a workshop with a canteen and three washrooms handled every evening, which is why we never quote before seeing the premises. You get a fixed monthly figure, one invoice a month, no hours that quietly expand and no hidden charges. Extras such as window cleaning or floor treatment are quoted separately before the work is done. One thing worth knowing: the Swedish RUT deduction applies to private individuals only, so office cleaning falls outside it. The cost is an ordinary deductible business expense.

No. The Swedish RUT deduction applies to private individuals and work carried out in the home, so business cleaning falls outside it. The cost is an ordinary deductible operating expense for the company, with VAT stated on the invoice. For home or move-out cleaning as a private person, RUT covers up to 50 % of the labour cost.
A typical office with ten to thirty staff usually manages on two or three visits a week, while washrooms and kitchens benefit from more frequent attention. If you have visitors daily, an open reception or a canteen, daily cleaning is almost always the right call. We suggest a frequency at the site visit.
