Window cleaning for businesses

Greasy entrance glass and dusty display windows are the first thing customers notice, while staff stop seeing them after a week. We set up a routine that suits the business: entrance glass and display windows more often, office windows a couple of times a year. The work can be done early morning, in the evening or at the weekend so that neither visitors nor meetings are disturbed. You get a fixed cost and one invoice instead of many small orders. Note that the RUT deduction applies to private households only; for a company this is an ordinary deductible running cost.

Glazing bars are what separates a quick wipe from proper craft. Every small pane has to be treated on its own, and the putty around the glass does not take kindly to being soaked. We clean them by hand, with smaller squeegees and dry cloths along the edges, which is what the older windows in the stone town need. Windows higher up are reached with telescopic poles and deionised water, which dries without leaving limescale spots. If a window cannot be reached safely we say so in the quote rather than guess, and that mostly concerns roof lights and façades with nowhere safe to set up.

No. If only the outside needs doing we do not need to come in at all, as long as we can reach the windows from outside. For the inside you can leave a key or a door code, or be at home if you prefer. We are fully insured through Länsförsäkringar and often work in empty homes.
Yes. Window cleaning is already part of our end-of-tenancy clean, but after building work more is usually needed. Paint splashes, dust and adhesive residue from masking tape have to be scraped away carefully before the glass can be polished. Tell us when you book and we allow for the extra time in the quote rather than adding it afterwards.
